Golfing Information

Water is in play on many holes, at least from the longer tees. Our lakes and trees are home to a spectacular array of wildlife including Alligators, Osprey, Pelicans, Moorhens, Anhinga's, Turtles, Herons, Egrets, Ibis, Eagles and more.

We have two nines, separated by a lightly traveled road. With no "long trips to grandmother's house" between holes, we permit walking after 4 pm.

An automated lightning detection and alarm system declares the course closed (one long blast) when lightning is detected within five miles. The course is declared reopened (series of short blasts) when a suitable period has passed with no lightning strikes within five miles.

A high-speed Emergency Cart can quickly respond to anywhere on the golf course with first aid supplies and a defibrillator.

During season (November thru April) Kelly Greens uses a crossover tee time system. Tee times are assigned from 7:00am to 9:00am on Hole#1 and Hole#10. No tee times are assigned after 9:00am and until 11:30am. Again, they are assigned on both nines until 1:30pm.
